The CeNT’s Next-Generation Sequencing Core Facility is a newly established specialised laboratory dedicated to measuring and analyzing mRNA and DNA strains unique for biological processes at ultra-deep level. Currently, the lab is equipped with a NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system.

Price list for NGS services
Next Generation Sequencing on the Illumina machines is a three-part process that consists of sample preparation (sequencing libraries construction), sequencing run and data analysis. The three services may be priced and provided either as a whole or separately. Different rates apply to the following user groups: internal academics (CeNT and UW) and external academics. Additional services are also available upon request.
