Biomolecular Machines Laboratory would like to invite for the seminar of Prof. Yuji Sugita entitled Molecular mechanisms for H+ driven drug extrusion by MATE multi-drug transporter. The seminar will be held on May 29 at 2 p.m. at the Centre of New Technologies, Zwirki i Wigury 93, seminar room no 3167.
Prof. Yuji Sugita leads the Theoretical Molecular Science Laboratory at the Japanese Computer Center RIKEN. He was the developer of replica-exchange molecular dynamics. Recently, he applies molecular dynamics methods to simulations of membranes and membrane proteins, as well as bacterial cytoplasm.
